Certificate in Dealing Casino Games (CDCG)
This certification is highly recommended for fresh school leavers looking for vocational education with the main purpose of securing an entry level job in regional casinos.
Course brief & objective
In this comprehensive professional casino croupier certification course, students will be trained to deal the major games Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack plus two of the most common secondary games, Tai Sai and Casino War. Students will be learning and completing practical sessions in ICGTC’s unique CASINOLAB®. Apart from hard-skills, the course includes the STAR DEALER® course which will train students in Grooming &Etiquette, Casino Customer Service and Inter-personal Skills.
Entry requirements
Good secondary school education (at least completed GCE ‘N’ Level); and
At least 18 years of age
In the absence of equivalent qualifications, mature candidates with suitable working experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Design & content
Course Duration: 312 hours
The course consists of 7 modules of theory and practical sessions to be completed in 3.5 months full time or 7 months on part-time basis.

This course comes with 100 hours of skills practice time at no additional charge. Students may use the allocated lab time to sharpen their skills or as refresher before seeking employment.

Assessments & awards
Assessment for most modules comprise of coursework, practical and written examination. Formative assessments will be concluded at end of each module. Table assessment will be done at end of each dealer function module. Final Dealing Audition for all games and a final written exam at the end of the course shall serve as summative assessment. Students will be required to maintain at least 70% attendance for each module and a total course attendance of at least 90% to qualify for final assessments. Upon successful completion students will receive individual Certificate of Dealing for Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack and the overall Certificate in Dealing Casino Games by International Club Games Training Centre.
