Hospitality Business Management is about developing managerial skills in confronting economic uncertainties, correlating rising costs of managing business and technological advancement, as well as preserving hospitality values while constantly seeking to improve the standards of customer service in a highly competitive environment.

Whether you wish to manage resorts, clubs, F&B chains or fusion restaurants, this course will enable you to develop skills in marketing, finance, human resource management, operations and logistics, enabling you to better understand your customers and become an effective manager.
The programme is suitable for those who aspire to develop a professional career in any of the many segments within the Hospitality Industry.

Design & content
Course Duration: 400 hours / level
Each diploma level consists of 8 modules of lecture and tutorial sessions to be completed in 6 months full time or 12 months on part time basis.

Curriculum
Teaching methods used in the programme are diverse and provide variety to the student learning experience.
Apart from lectures, seminars, workshops and tutorials, students are required to conduct field studies at actual hospitality organisations such as hotels, resorts, F&B venues, spas etc.
Assessments
Course assessment involves a combination of field trip reports, class presentations, role plays, tests and examinations.
Student will also undertake an industry project which requires crafting a functional hospitality business proposal for an actual industry client.
Class Size
The maximum class size is 25 students per batch.
Awards
Upon successful completion of each diploma level, students will receive an individual Diploma in Hospitality Business Management and Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Business Management issued by ICG School of Casino & Hospitality Management.
